Game follows characters 8 years after original story Sega Game announced on Friday that it will unveil a PoPoLoCrois smartphone game titled Popolocrois Monogatari ~ Narcia no Namida to Yōsei no Fue (Popolocrois Story: Narcia's Tears and the Fairy's Flute) at its Tokyo Game Show stage event on September 23. The new game's story will take place eight years after the original story. Pietro and Narcia are older and begin a quest at the behest of the fairy king. The characters will be rendered in 3D graphics, and the game will be free to play with the option to purchase in-game items. Epics producer Tetsuji Yamamoto and Sega Games managing director Oki Nagashima will appear at the stage event, where they will unveil a teaser movie, game details, and theme song. Sega Games filed a trademark for "Narcia no Namida to Yōsei no Fue" in July. The PoPoLoCrois Twitter account announced last year that a smartphone game was slated for this January but the game never surfaced. XSE
