Manga is spinoff of upcoming anime film This year's 10th issue of Kodansha's Monthly Young Magazine announced last Wednesday that the Mazinger Z Interval Peace spinoff manga will end in the next issue on October 20. Takahiro Ozawa (Tokyo Toybox, Giga Tokyo Toy Box) is in charge of the manga's scenario, Kaoru Osada (Gunparade March Another Princess) is drawing the manga, and Go Nagai is credited with the original work. The manga launched in May on the same day as another spinoff manga, Mazinger Z Alter Ignition, which is still running on Dynamic Planning's website. Mazinger Z Interval Peace is a spinoff work of the new anime film based on Nagai's Mazinger Z manga.
